1. Introduction

Guardians must fulfill their supervisory responsibilities. Pixcraft.cc bears no liability for the conduct of minors during the use of recharge services or for any resulting consequences.

As a user—whether an enterprise or an individual—you agree to comply with these Terms when accessing or using the Pixcraft.cc website, Services, or software. The "Pixcraft.cc Platform" refers collectively to the aforementioned website, Services, and software. Accessing or using Pixcraft.cc indicates your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect immediately and will apply at the conclusion of your current billing cycle, provided your subscription remains active. Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

4. Payment and Purchase

When purchasing any products or services from Pixcraft.cc, you may be required to provide payment information, including payment method and credit card details. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete. We may use third-party payment services to process transactions. By submitting payment information, you consent to our sharing such information with the relevant third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Free Trial

We may provide a time-limited free trial with partial functionality ("Free Trial"), at our sole discretion. You may be required to submit payment details when signing up. However, you will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. We reserve the right to modify or cancel Free Trial terms at any time without prior notice.

6. Content of Pixcraft.cc

"Content of Pixcraft.cc" includes all images, text, videos, audio data, and any other materials accessible on or through the Platform. All existing and future content is the exclusive property of Pixcraft.cc or its licensors. Access to related Services requires full payment of applicable fees and adherence to these Terms. In the event of any violation, we may revoke the corresponding license at our discretion.

7. Your Content

You are solely responsible for all materials you use and all content generated, including legality, reliability, and appropriateness. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination and liability for all losses incurred by the platform due to third-party claims. You retain ownership of your content but grant Pixcraft.cc a free, non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, and distribute such content. You also agree to cooperate with Pixcraft.cc in updating these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and ensure that all your content remains compliant.

8. Usage Policy

During your paid access period, Pixcraft.cc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services. You agree not to misuse the Platform or violate any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:

• Exposing or harming minors.

• Using the Services to engage in competitive or replacement activities.
• Distributing, leasing, sublicensing, or renting the Services to third parties.
• Using created content in a manner reasonably considered infringing.

If any content you create violates these Terms, we may delete, unpublish, or recall such content, and you must do the same immediately. We may also terminate your access and pursue compensation for any losses incurred. Pixcraft.cc is not responsible for any consequences arising from misuse of the Platform. Copyright of third-party search results belongs to the original platform or rights holder. Users must comply with the applicable usage terms of the data provider.

9. Demonstrative Authorization

With your consent, you agree that Pixcraft.cc may use your name and logo in sales materials, websites, marketing content, and press releases.

10. Disclaimer

You understand and agree that the Platform is not liable for interruptions or disruptions caused by:

• Viruses, trojans, or malicious attacks.
• Failures of your hardware, software, or communication systems.
• Improper operation by you.
• Use of Services in a manner not authorized by Pixcraft.cc.
• Events beyond the reasonable control or foreseeability of the Platform.

11. Liability and Compensation

If your violation of this Agreement causes losses to Pixcraft.cc (including but not limited to economic losses, litigation costs, attorney fees, notarization fees, audit fees, travel expenses, appraisal fees, or other reasonable rights-protection expenses), you shall fully compensate Pixcraft.cc in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Effectiveness, Modification, and Termination

This Agreement becomes effective once you complete the login or registration process by selecting "I have read and agree," or when you use Pixcraft.cc Services by any other means. Pixcraft.cc may adjust service content or suspend, interrupt, or terminate the Services based on business or operational requirements.

In the event of merger, acquisition, division, or asset transfer, Pixcraft.cc may transfer relevant assets or assign part or all of the Services and related rights and obligations to a third party. The transferee will be notified accordingly.

We may suspend or terminate Services without notice if: (i) you are required to provide authentic information under law but fail to do so; (ii) you violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement; (iii) you fail to comply with judicial or regulatory requirements; or (iv) security concerns or other necessary circumstances arise.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be resolved through consultation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Xi'an Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective rules. The arbitration award is final and binding. The place of arbitration is Xi'an, China.
